About Me

“Growth is not necessarily about fixing or healing. It is about learning to relate to our experience with greater awareness, compassion, and understanding.”

Path to Psychotherapy

My interest in our relationship with our bodies and with the value of ‘bodyfulness’ and meditation led me to train as a Core Process Psychotherapist. I am a long-term yoga practitioner and experienced yoga teacher. I integrate these using an embodied approach to support clients to deepen their self-awareness and strengthen their sense of connection and wellbeing.

I have a keen interest in life transitions, from adolescence to adulthood, becoming a parent, and midlife to older age, and the existential questions that often arise during these times of change, loss and renewal.

I offer a compassionate and grounded therapeutic space where difficulties can be explored safely, while also making room for humour, connection, and the things that bring us joy.

My approach

My approach is integrative and person-centred. I am committed to providing psychotherapy in a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment. I am a member of ACPP and adhere to their Ethical Framework.
